In 1989, Randy founded the company he owns, Media Scope.He provided vocal work for the hit movie Dirty Dancing and was awarded a gold and platinum album for his extraordinary efforts with it.He was with LeRoux from 1985 until 2007, participating in every tour that the band did. After joining the ranks of LeRoux, Knaps traveled across the United States on several tours. After that initial break in the business, Randy got to meet Leon Medica, who led the traveling music band LeRoux.At the same time, he started working on advertising jingles airing on the radio – he played and sang. He was soon a member of three separate bands, and he became involved in both studio work and songwriting. Randy’s musical career took off in 1979 when he joined his first band.Psalm 136:1: “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. No stranger to the public eye, the family even has a website and blog dedicated to their family where Tara talks about her businesses and parenting her four children.The family has been living in Louisiana ever since 2013, and Tara and Joseph have both attended World Evangelism Bible College.He has also preached and taught for the Prison Ministry. According to their family website, Tara’s husband, Joseph, is a student of the “Word and Teacher of His Gospel” and right now works security at Jimmy Swaggart Ministries.Laila calls herself the “second mommy” because of this.
